You guys sound like some of the most uneducated people on the planet when it comes to MMA.
Obviously, none of you actually train MMA like I do, and while I'll admit that I get tired of seeing wrestling matches too, it might shock you guys to know that we're actually doing work on the ground!

not so much irrelevant. boxing will always be the favored sport just because of it's history, but nowadays it does suck. mma can be more entertaining when the fighters aren't humping on the ground every second of the rounds

It's a TOTALLY different can of worms. Boxing is a well-established culture.
You might as well compare Tai-Chi or Yoga with "planking".

I think its more the cost involved, and the cheating by judges, and referees in the boxing world

I would say no, but I like boxing. It seems more controlled to me. MMA is just like a street fight, I can see that pretty much any night of the week where I live.

If MMA is like a street fight, then how come boxing has seen thousands of deaths on a yearly basis while the UFC hasn't seen one death yet?
