Witch series is hotter ......twilight ....or.... harry potter

Harry Potter without a doubt. For those saying Twilight book is better then HP and that it was popular before the movies came out let me pose this question. Which book had midnight releases and has been released in who knows how many editions because of selling out within a day. Definitely not Twilight. The characters in twilight are shallow and flat, they are not round characters and you can't get into them enough to legitimately support them. In what way does S. Myers make us want to actually care about a boring and flat Bella and a tunnel vision Edward. She wrote Bella to be like herself when she was in school and is playing out her fantasy in her books. The only people who rave about Twilight are the Twilight fans, literary critics and writers and critics have torn that book apart from cover to cover with everything wrong with it.

Unlike Twilight, Harry Potter has TRUE romance, not obsessive. It has WAY more action and it has elements of friendship and comradely that Twilight could never have. The characters are multi emotional unlike Bella and Edward, and are more true to real life people in the way they behave emotionally. Both are fiction and fantasy and presented as such but Harry potter decisively is more true to real life in terms of emotion and making the characters believable. I don't recall of hearing of many people crying because of something that happened in a Twilight book but I hear a lot about people losing it at the end of Book 5 and Book 6. I won't state why because I don't want to spoil anything but THAT is what makes a good book, you actually care about the HP characters unlike those in Twilight.
