There is no way I am watching it. I don't want to waste my time watching that popular, mainstream crap. I would rather support talented artists who SHOULD be on the top charts, yet they aren't since Katy Perry and Taylor Swift seem to beat out everyone every time. I don't watch many award shows any more. I even hear a few of my favorite bands are nominated in some award shows, but I sadly know they will fail since their competition is Lady Gaga.

I don't get why people let the mainstream radio and other media control what they listen to. All you have to do is listen to college radio, go on last .fm, or read a music magazine and you'll find this whole new "world" of underground music.

Since Adam Lambert is not going to be performing at the AMAs then I am definitely NOT watching them. It is beyond ridiculous that Adam has been snubbed by the show. He is the best male vocalist in decades and should be included in a show honoring talent. The ONLY reason I watched it last year was because Adam was on it. I will be watching Adam Lambert's True Hollywood Story tonight on the E Channel. Now THAT'S something worth watching.

Will definitely NOT be watching the AMA's. The way ABC treated Adam Lambert after last year's performance was ridiculous and a double standard. Adam has THE BEST male voice in the industry today, yet the AMA's choose not to recognize talent. The AMA's choose to award talentless auto-tune singers who can't sing live. Their singles are so over-produced that when you hear them live, it could be anyone off the street singing in a karaoke bar.
