Listen. Kristen Stewart can't act to save her life.
She may look the part. But. She'll never pull it of. To the Twilight fans Kristen would always be Bella and nothing else.

I actually think Kristen did better in the runaways than in twilight, she sorta seems outta place in twilight, her personality and all, but she seems to fit in - in the runaways.

Kristen is one of the worst actors out there! Its the same thing everytime she is on screen. Boring. Her playing Jett is like having Clay Aiken Playing Axl Rose-WRONG! You can put on leather pants, get a mullet, and act like you know rock, but really it just comes down to being a poser and if you can't act..kinda missed the point! There just isn't much to her but a spoiled brat with a chip on her shoulders.

I do believe she will win the roll of Joan Jett.She has a good spirit of acting.She does well.Dakota is a surprise,seeing her all grown up. I love the bad,Joan Jett and the Heartbreakers, and it may be the reason I will enjoy the movie.

I never watched Twilight so I won't see her as anyone other than someone trying to capture the awesomeness that is Joan Jett. I don't know if anyone could pull it off. Joan is one of a kind.

she may be too young still to be able to portray emotions on screen and that is yet to come. she may truley FEEL the emotions of her characters but it doesent come across on film.i watch her movies and cringe,its the same old same old all the time. she may have to go work in live theatre to be able to cross that thresh hold. with Bellas character she reads from stephanie meyers book alot of the time and it was not Kristen acting but the authors words that gave the character Bella her persona. Pattinson has had theatre experience and he played off the character Bella to make the chemistry work.he is quite good, again still young but certainly talented.

Nope. It will be just like any other role she is in. She doesn't take her self out of the roles she plays. Same strange looks, blinking, stuttering. It's sad-the only reason people are talking about her is because of Twilight. And the only reason twilight is being talked about is Robert Pattinson. Kristen just doesn't have the "it" factor! How does this chick keep gettin' acting roles? She's horrible. Her face never changes! It's that same melancholy/stoner expression she has everytime she does a movie. It makes me wanna pull my eyes out and shove them down my throat.

Hell no. I'm disappointed that they chose her to play that role.. I love Joan Jett. She doesn't have any style or caliber in all of her movies, she does her signature confused, trouble, teenager that somewhat stuttering.. The Messenger, Adventureland and then in the Twilight sagas.. what is happening with the world today?

It's impossible to see her as ANYTHING. Kristen Stewart is a terrible actress. Just look at the New Moon trailer! That stupid eyebrow thing she does when she says, "Kiss me," is so unbelievably--I don't even know what to call it. Kristen Stewart is a fail. Also, in that picture, she looks like she's smoked quite a few things in her life lol
