Claudia Vasquez, the current girlfriend of Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband Ojani Noa, has been attempting to sell a supposed J. Lo "sex tape" filmed during her honeymoon in 1997, but TMZ reports that Lopez has filed a restraining order against Vasquez, making the sale a bit more difficult to secure.

We're told Claudia now owns the tape and was trying to take it to market ... but the judge temporarily blocked her bid, on grounds it can't be released without Jennifer's sign off.

Claudia tried arguing there's no proof she's trying to sell the tape, but she's not denying it either. The judge apparently thinks Claudia's motives are more sinister.

Earlier this week, TMZ reported that Vasquez was looking at $40,000 for the tape -- which seems pretty low, but the sex tape does not actually depict "sex."

Whatever that means.

We wonder how the tape's release could affect her "American Idol" career.

Probably because people are curious to see if it doesn't contain sex or not. A sex tape can't really be called that if it doesn't show any sex, can it? Why do woman have to be soo bitchy to each other, especially with sex tapes? People eager to watch them obviously haven't had satisfying sex in a while -_-
