THIS WILL MEAN A BIG PGA GOLF EVENT EACH YEAR AND MILLION DOLLAR HOMES IN THE FRESNO CA. AREA-- ITS NOT A DONE DEAL YET WITH FRESNO TRYING TO GET HIM TO PAY $30 MILLION -- HIS ATTORNEYS SAYS NOTHING PAST $25 million OR THE DEAL IS OFF.

I hope not!! Just because it's "The Donald" does not mean this is the best thing for Fresno. They need to just let this elite, rich-boy playground go back to being ag land and the city needs to stop acting like a bunch of star-struck hillbillies!! The city leaders (especially Autry and Souza) think that Donald will be the best thing for Fresno, they need to think again. Putting a golf course out in the country does not mean that crime, in the city, will magically go away!! That is thinking that putting perfume on the pig will make it all better. Autry and Souza need to get their heads out of "The Donald's" butt and fix the rest of the city, especially the areas that look like a third world nation. And Donny needs to move on and screw over someone else!! Just bury Running Horse and stop beating that dead horse.

Fresno should not try to get 30 million.Take the 25 million,they will make it up later.Just let Mr.Trump get to work on this mess of a projected and the soonner the better.Mr.Trump has what it takes to get the ball rolling on this course money,pepole and resourese.I belive that if Mr.Trump doesnt take over this projected its not going to workout the way Fresno would like it to.

Maybe having Trump take over the golf course and build some hotels it will help to clean up the crime that Fresno faces. My mom volunteers for TIP (Trauma Intervention Program) and has seen a lot of horrible things happen there!!!
The company PELCO has also done a lot of wonderful things for Fresno (as well as helped the NYPD & NYFD after 9/11 and hosted a party to honor them) and with the help of Trump the economy in Fresno will boom as well as help lower crime! :)
