He sounds a little better than when he first started out singing. Honestly, he seems to be developing too much attitude and with this sudden rise to fame and at 18 (honestly thought he was 21) to have paternity suits and attitude clashes etc. Well we know where he is heading. He is letting his fame and money get to his head and he is not setting a very good example to the teenagers around who aspire to be like him.

They either don't understand the ''hype'' and why young girls like him, they don't like pop/new recent music, they just don't like his music, or they are jumping on the JB hater wagon that's become popular. If they are a boy it could also be that they are jealous of the popularity JB has with the girls, they are jealous of his ''talent'' fame or fortune, or both of these things. Personally I pity Bieber because he's an okay singer that's the victim of the corporate machine that pushes even untalented people down our throats.

He's a no-talent dork. Real talent in the music business disapearred around the 80's. Then the 90's came, and it was like talent never even exsisted in the first place. They just show a pretty face. Actual talent comes in at some kind of distant 4th or 5th nowadays. Like the song says: "Video Killed The Radio Star."

Have to say interesting way of putting it but you are right most of the music was in the 80's, 90's had more of the remakes and a few good men/women and otherwise still alive and now, music is quite forgettable that people are now crying take me back but they have killed all the real stars and left Justine (love calling him that) to claim he is the best amongst the existing worst to give music. Okay he sings, but no emotions to his words. MTV is worth turning off as they have more naked people dancing in undies which they call costumes rather than anything else. Few worth listening songs but many forgettable pieces which go stale after two songs.

Agree on that one!!! Actually when Sean Kingston was promoting Ene Meanie whatever, I commented on his profile on Facebook and said that he was too out of tune and lacked the class that I needed for music.

Can't even say I don't like him just not into his music, but yeah, I've noticed people hating on him, not sure why, I think SOME people believe if they don't like no-one else should, only they know what good music is.

Wrong. Hip-Hop represents want has gone wrong with the 'American' music industry. The music industry in Japan is still going strong.

I think all the mainstream artists represent what has gone wrong with societies taste in music! XD

Yeah, asian rock bands are getting fairly good, especially Korean and Japanese, they still have that massive mountain of becoming a worldwide hit and become in the same league as British and American artists, not an easy task.

Very true. It just seems to me that Justin Bieber is an easy target to pick on. I can think of a dozen Hip-Hop artists who are infinitely worse than JB, on multiple levels.

The cult of celebrity worship, the majority of his teen fans buying his songs no matter what they sound like because they want to marry him..
He shows how you can get to the top based solely on a clever marketing strategy and no real talent other than the ability to mime.
I don't blame him for it at all though, he is just a young kid who's making a fortune out of doing karaoke every night.

Dont get me wrong, I couldnt care less about him one way or the other, I just dont see how "celebrity worship" and buying his songs because they like him is a societal issue---this society has much bigger problems; what you're talking about is normal for teen girls.
