Why Is Britney Spears Always Walking Off the 'X Factor' Set?

Is "The X Factor" driving Britney Spears "Crazy"? The 30-year-old judge walked off the set -- again -- after a contestant who was dressed in drag covered her song, "(You Drive Me) Crazy" at the show's auditions in Greensboro, N.C., The Daily Mail reports.

But Britney wasn't the only one offended. Her co-judges L.A. Reid and Demi Lovato also walked off, leaving Simon Cowell to explain to the contestant: "I don't think she quite understood your tribute. You've got to be able to sing in tune. There wasn't a note in tune."

And veteran music exec Reid was pretty annoyed by the performance, too. "L.A. Reid couldn't stand it any longer, he thinks its disrespectful when someone ruins a major artist's song, especially when they are sitting right in front of them. Britney was looking pretty unimpressed and the next thing all three of them just walked off," an insider told Mail Online.

Britney, however, also walked off the set last month in Kansas City, leading us to wonder ... is the new gig getting to her? Is she a drama queen? Is Simon Cowell masterminding all of this for ratings? Or does she really just need to get a hold of her favorite beverage, a Frappuccino?

    Um seriously? "he thinks its disrespectful when someone ruins a major artist's song, especially when they are sitting right in front of them" Its not like most contestants know they suck. Lots of people think they can sing....I can name some of them that are famous pop starts....(just saying).

    What. The. Hell. I got to "... disrespectful to ruin a major artist's song ..." and scoffed. The whole thing has got to be a ploy by Cowell and "celebrity" egos that are getting more inflated by the hour. The point of X-Factor is about wading through terrible singing to find a star. You just know auditionees will try to win favour by picking a judges' big hit. Deal with it.

    The most likely scenario. I quit watching after last year. That shows a joke. Anybody remember the guy who dropped his pants made his d*ck jiggle as his talent during the slart up last year? Now thats time worthy.

    more likely someone pointed out her abysmal lack of talent and that ALL she ever was or will ever be...is eye candy...she can barely think let alone sing without a squad of engineers making it so.

    I feel bad for Britney after what Frederline did to her. Can you imagine, after someone tell you they love you and you all get married and have children,that he was only in it for the money? Put yourself in her shoes,she will never be right,after Britney left Justin Timberlake, for Frederline no good azz. Justin was the one who truely loved Britney and she blew it, on a piece of sh*t! Britney will always seek for that attention because the love of her life, let her down,she has doubt about herself and who she truely is. Remember,she was on top of her game before that nothing of a man entered her life. Give Britney a break,she's only human!

    Offended? Over an awful tribute, really? Being a drama queen pretty much sums that up. She's a professional and is getting paid way more than she deserves, so she really should start acting like it and stop walking off every time she gets her jimmies rustled.

    in all honnesty i think she may still have depression; hey you don't get shot of it really believe me i have had it since 13 yrs old, once it has its claws in you its a dark and lonely place, and prozac does not get shot of it it just leaves it dorment and it does no good, i still get bad bouts of depression now and then, so it could still be weighng on her shoulders, so a bit of understanding for the lady would be good, britney if you see this hun, take care i know what you're going through lots of love to you and well wishes, johnny xx
