Why everyone hate rap?

because most rap isnt what it used to be all it talks about is what people have and what theyre getting. i always wondered about that too.

Because the lyrics all are the same and have no meaning

not everyone hates it but everyone has their own taste in music...why there are so many different genres

Most of it sounds the same (to me) and it really is not original. The rap "artists" sample or use music from other hits and just add their words to it. That is not really talent. I have to agree that it is hateful and talks bad in general to people especially women!!!!

Rap is nothing new. Songs with lyrics spoken instead of sung were called 'patter' songs. Many were extremely entertaining. Danny Kaye was a genus at them.

Rap, however, is filled with anger, hatred, violence, and meant to incite the worst in the listeners. If you like that sort of thing, fine. I prefer to listen to and spend my money on better, not bitter quality.

If you are an adult and you choose to listen to Rap, I think it is ok. I love "old school" rap without all the cursing and junk.
