Y'know, Bane's not even a huge villain (I'm talking importance, not literal size) and I realize that currently nobody could outshine Heath Ledger's Joker, but they could at least use Penguin.

it is no contest. Batman is a martial arts master and master of the human condition. what that means is he knows what you are going to do before you can do it. by reading your body movement and your emotions. and that means he can never be caught off guard.

Cat's are solitary and mysterious. They avoid big crowd's and confrontations.
They slink or in this case ride off into the mystery of the night:)

Ledger was a good actor, Hathaway is not. Ledger was actually in some decent movies, Hathaway was not.
