Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards are right around the corner -- airing on March 31st at 8P.M. on the popular kids channel -- and it got us thinking about the good ol' days. Who doesn't remember curling up on the couch with some popcorn and watching classic movies like "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" in the '80s, "Home Alone" in the '90s, and just about every animated movie we could get our hands on?

And the blast from the past doesn't stop there! There are also former child stars, boy bands and tween singers to discuss. Sure, we may not be kids anymore, but we can still have some fun reminiscing while we see current movies and musicians get their orange blimp. They still give out a blimp at those awards, right? ... I olny picked Miley because I don't listen to any of them for their singing. I DO like what she has had to say, though. I think she is a great outspoken girl who has a good heart and cares about equality and respect.

I am not going to judge someone for not being squeaky clean when they are young. I am not saying people should go out and just do what they want, but I don't know anyone who hasn't partied a little when they were her age. What I was referring to was her outspoken views on how women are treated and portrayed in the media and her comments on other social issues. She has expressed some very wise views. I think she is headed in the right direction.
