Who's the Worst Celeb Hotel Wrecker?
Sheen reportedly caused about $7,000 worth of damage to his room at New York City's Plaza Hotel, overturning tables during an "alcohol-fueled rampage."
Crowe was staying in a NYC hotel in '05 when he couldn't call his wife in Australia. He unplugged the phone in his room, brought it down to the lobby and threw it in the concierge's face, who ended up with stitches.
Johnny Depp and Kate Moss
Depp was billed $9,767 for damages after he and his then-girlfriend Moss reportedly broke glass and furniture at NYC's Mark Hotel. Depp later told Playboy he "had a bad day."
In 2007, Lohan and her ex-boyfriend reportedly trashed their California hotel room. "There was filth everywhere. ... There was also a bloody syringe that someone left lying on the bedside table," Star reported.
Spears' ex-bodyguard told News of the World he once found her in a trashed hotel room with musician Howie Day. Spears is a notorious slob and is rumored to have been banned from at least one L.A. hotel.
During a party for her 43rd birthday, Love reportedly trashed her London hotel room like a "wild animal," leaving cigarette burns in the carpet, the sofa and the bed.
In 2006, Rose was arrested in Stockholm after allegedly breaking a mirror at the Berns Hotel, getting into an argument with a woman in the lobby and biting the leg of a hotel security guard.
Winehouse reportedly hurled a plate of spaghetti Bolognese at the wall of her Germany hotel room. In another incident, she reportedly incurred $18,000 worth of damage to a U.K. hotel during a fight with her hubby.
After a night of heavy drinking, the married "Two and a Half Men" actor reportedly brought a woman back to his Plaza Hotel room. And this woman was not his wife, whom he recently pleaded guilty to assaulting last Christmas. People on Sheen's floor heard "primal screaming and swearing" from his room, including Sheen calling the woman a whore, TMZ reports.
Sheen also reportedly ripped the curtains, overturned tables, damaged a light fixture and broke glass.
Other reports say Sheen was with a prostitute who said that the actor -- just released from rehab a couple of months ago -- had been taking cocaine and throwing furniture around the room. But Sheen's rep said the troubled star merely had an "adverse allergic reaction to some medication."
Regardless of which account you believe (and it's hard not to factor in Sheen's history with prostitutes and drugs), the actor will now have to pay up for the reported $7,000 worth of damage to his hotel room. But the highly paid sitcom star is not the only celeb to get a little rowdy during an overnight stay.
