the only modern one there is the joker. and I personally think acting sucked beyond the 05's. There are some good movies. But the few they are. The modern joker is by far the best.

It would have been the sinister dark lord of the sith but he went all jedi in the end so he's out, Ledger's in for playing one jacked-up M F......I got to mention this little guy too, I think he made a great villain

darth vader really does not cut it out, he's strong, and thats bout it, he was good, evil then turns good again at th end, Joker had all the makings of a good villian, and then some

Darth Vader is a great choice for modern villain. My choice for classic villain would have to Robert Mitchum as Reverend Harry Powell in the film "Night of the Hunter".

Dont get me wrong,Darth Vader is pretty amazing... but the Joker is psychotic,smart,and just wants to watch the world burn. The makings of an epic villain.
