Earlier this week, we told you how Lindsay Lohan appeared to be dissing Amanda Bynes on Twitter, writing, "Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?" Now, Bynes is firing back. According to TMZ, she texted a friend: "I HATE being compared to her," arguing that the charges against her are not as serious as the ones Lindsay has faced.

THEN, Lohan got arrested early Wednesday in New York after hitting a pedestrian with a Porsche, police told The New York Daily News. She was booked for leaving the scene of an accident with an injury, and issued a desk appearance ticket. All of which led Bynes to fire back once again, telling friends that this is "what she gets" for tweeting about her, and adding that she is "not cool," TMZ reports.

Bynes was pulled over by police and had her car impounded Sunday for driving with a suspended license, law enforcement sources tell TMZ. So ... which 26-year-old former child starlet has bigger issues: Lindsay Lohan or Amanda Bynes?

No its Bynes not Byrnes. And quite frankly Amanda was not near as famous as Lindsay so I say Linds has the bigger issues. Tits are not the only thing that are imporant on any woman starlet or not!

Here's the sad part of it.

I don't know who has the most issues, cause the Media hasn't told me EVERYTHING Amanda's done, they only care about demonizing Lindsey right now, so its an unfair comparison.

Now there's little left for them to do to "demonize" Lohan's actions, she's dug herself into a right hole. But Amanda may have too and me not known about it.

She has a litany of offenses going back years. Bynes has only recently started acting up and there are rumors of mental issues (talking to objects frequently) -- so even though that's pretty bad, it is excuseable and also treatable. Lohan's excuse is poor parenting, drug and alcohol abuse, and just being a twat.

I'm not a celebrity watcher, but I have heard about all of Lohan's problems since the networks consider her news. Why, I don't know.
