I would say Michael Myers.

He is of larger build which he can certainly use to advantage, he hunts at any time of day, and is stealth. He also has multiple weapons, varying from short knives to whatever else, while Jack has a hook, so he'd have to get a lot closer to his opponent, which would give Myers another advantage.
