The Houston Texans have overcome injuries to two quarterbacks, their receivers, and best defensive players, yet through it all, they not only made the playoffs for the first time in franchise history--but won a game as well. After defeating the Cincinnati Bengals last weekend, they now will travel to Baltimore to take on the No. two seed in the AFC, the Ravens in the division playoff round. The winner of Texans Vs. Ravens faces the winner of Broncos Vs. Patriots in the AFC Championship Game, for the right to go to the Super Bowl.
Even though the Texans are the underdogs, don't expect them "just happy to be here." Running back Arian Foster is a two-time Pro Bowl, who incredibly went undrafted in 2009. He owns the rushing record for undrafted players in NFL history. Wide receiver Andre Johnson has been with the Texans since 2003 and went through many losing seasons. Foster, Johnson and the rest of the Texans will be motivated with something to prove. Their opponents will be too.
"You don't want to be the team that just has an 18-game season every year," Ravens outside linebacker Jarret Johnson said recently to The Baltimore Sun. "You don't want to be the team that is just satisfied with making the playoffs and then goes home early. We appreciate the fact of what we were able to accomplish. We understand that you don't get this opportunity many times. You have to take advantage of that because you don't know if you are ever going to make it again."

Texans win it all.
It is not exactly breaking news and I still prefer to not to mix it with my entertainment.
