Boxing welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao has won 14 straight fights and has not lost since 2005. His opponent this Saturday night is Juan Manuel Marquez, who has won three straight fights and has not lost since 2009. Ironically, Marquez's last loss was against an opponent that is often criticized by boxing pundit for allegedly avoiding Pacquiao -- Floyd "Money" Mayweather Jr.
This will be the third time Pacquiao and Marquez do battle in the squared circle. The first time they fought was back in 2004, when they fought to a draw. The second fight in 2008 had some fans wondering if Marquez should have won, as the judges awarded the split decision victory to Pacquiao.
Now Marquez gets one more shot at proving he is the better man. Many pundits and fans expect to see Pacquiao win this fight en route to what would be the biggest money maker in combat sports history -- Pacquiao vs. Mayweather.
Marquez realizes the opportunity that is put in front of him and wants to play the spoiler. Pacquiao realizes that beyond Marquez and a potential fight with Mayweather, there may not be many challenges left on the horizon. This could be one of the final times Pacquiao can continue to cement his legacy as one of the all-time boxing greats.
Who knows what lies in the future of Pacquiao, a native hero from the Philippines and celebrated humanitarian. What we do know is Marquez is in his immediate future. Can Marquez make his third time the charm? Find out Saturday night on pay-per-view.

It will be interesting to see the outcome of this.....if it goes to decision, it will be financially beneficial to many, if it is a draw, as it was for these two in the first fight between them....as it will guarantee another battle...... Will be an interesting evening!!!!!
