We've lost track of all the ridiculous things Courtney Love has done recently. There was the time she "leaked" skanky, censorship-worthy pictures of herself on Twitter, and the time she accused Dave Grohl of sleeping with her daughter. Oh, and the time she said she had "no connection" with her daughter. Anyway, add one more strike to that list. She lost the rights to the estate of her late husband, Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain. We're so shocked.

According to The Fix, Love's 19-year-old daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, gained control of Kurt's estate because Love took a $2.75 million loan out of Frances' personal trust fund in 2010. Love cannot receive any money generated from Kurt's "name, likeness or appearance" since 2010 until she pays back the loan. Frances also has the ability to make business decisions on her father's behalf. Who do you think should have control over Kurt Cobain's estate: his widowed wife, Courtney Love, or his now 19-year-old daughter, Frances Bean Cobain?

Frances, of course.....I don't know if Courtney had anything to do with Kurt's death.
Kurt talked about death and suicide all his life. I just don't like the way Courtney disrespected Kurt during her "reading" of the suicide note....just wrong

She is old enough now to have control over what is rightfully hers. Plus, she is a helluva lot more stable. Her mother is a wack job waiting for her next fix. Courtney needs to clean herself up and quit insulting her daughter and be a mom.

Tradition holds that the estate goes to the spouse of the deceased. If Courtney owes money to her daughter's trust fund, the proceeds from royalties should go to the trust fund until the debt is repaid, but Courtney should retain his estate beyond that. Her estate (which would include Kurt's legacy) should pass to Francis when she dies. Francis was given a trust fund, that is the money that should go to her.

Because i still believe that Kurt wasn't happy with Courtney after rumour's of an affair with numerous other rocker's and was going to divorce her which he didn't want to do because that's what happend to his parents.
Also i reckon Frances will release the numerous of tracks that her dad never released and hopefully a decent movie about Kurt.
