I wanna choose more way than one answer right now but I can't xD
Kagamine Rin, Len, Kaito, Akita Neru, Kasane Teto, Zatsune and Hastune Miku
Actually all of these vocaloids are the main ones I know too xD
ooo, Len Kagamine, Luka Megurine and Thanks to me now Hatsune Miku are all tied at one vote!!! xD

Man, to many to choose, but aesthetically, I like Luka to most. I really good range of tone and I like the kinds of music she used for. While I do like the Twins and Miku, most of the music, that I have, has Luka singing in it. One Miku I love is "Uraomote Lovers", you can find it on iTunes or Youtube.
