The 23-year-old "Dancing With the Stars" champ and girlfriend of Ryan Seacrest -- who will next be seen in "Rock of Ages" -- came in No. 1 on Women's Health's third annual Best Summer Bodies list. And based on the towel-like dress she wore to the Billboard Music Awards, you can see why.
According to the mag, Julianne "hates the gym and turns to celeb fitness trainer Tracy Anderson for total-body 'dance-y' workouts." She also follows a strict diet, enjoying mixed green salads with lemon and salmon with mixed vegetables.
