We all know it's part of a performer's job to get the viewers' attention (and the star-crossed media's). Which is probably why so many celebs dress like they let a color-and-print obsessed 8-year-old pick their outfits.
But if we'd have to pick two crazies that go above and beyond in the fashion world, it would have to be Nicki Minaj and Lady Gaga.
Just today, while performing on "Good Morning America," Nicki Minaj looked like an '80s Barbie doll who decided to walk the town on a rainy day (Seriously, that umbrella skirt has got to go.)
And don't even get us started on the Gags. The dominatrix outfit below -- which she appropriately wore to an interview on the "Howard Stern Show" -- is actually one of the tamer of her fashion picks.
So, which of these two ridiculously dressed singers do you peg as Queen Bee of the crazy celeb fashion world?

That's why love them, their both so weird and crazy But Lady GaGa always dresses crazy, Nicki Minaj at least dresses decent every once in a while.

and you would know this because you know her on a deep and personal level and understand every decision she makes, right? even though she's a celebrity? and stands for rights much less flimsily than lady gaga? and that she isn't NEARLY as terrible when it comes to acting privileged, like lady gaga?
