These are just one of many. Even is they happened to drop out of school, you can still get into the army. Not hating on the USA basketball team, but I gotta be honest.

That was the dumbest comment ever... If you can make money while having fun and playing sports, you're doing something right. Why would you want to be an architect, doctor, marine, lawyer, or insurance broker when you can play sports and make money off of it until you retire at 35-40. That's the best life ever especially when they're making enough even after they retire. Why would you not want to make money playing professional sports? God, you're dumb

I feel that black men should not limit themselves to just playing sport, and set mroe role models in other sectors. You don't have a problem with what they are doing. That's cool.

The USA should go back to only non-professional athletes in the Olympics, paid thugs are just a shameful representation of the young, real talent we have in this country!!
I can't believe that the likes of LeBron James and Kobe Bryant are still allowed to play pro ball let alone, participate on Team USA in the Olympics, I won't watch it and I hope they get their asses handed to them......

LeBron SHOULD be the best player on the team, but he is psyched out mentally. You never know what you will get from him from one game to the next. How could he score just 15 points against Brazil in an exhibition? Sometimes he seems afraid to shoot. Chris Paul should stop shooting and start getting the ball to LeBron. One thing you have to give Durant credit for is having his act together mentally.

If international standards and reffing are different, he may not get halfway through the first half before fouling out. American basketball is only so much pushing, shoving, and traveling. When did NBA refs stop counting steps taken without dribbling?

Yeah.. I believe (sorry I can't remember has been 4 years). It will be a hindrance to these guys.

I wish they would bring back the college dream teams... This "pro" basketball in the Olympics from all countries just doesn't get me all that excited for Olympic basketball.
