Which is better,x-box 360 or Sony Play-station PS3

Most of the games I play are on both systems but an upcomeing game that I want is going to be a PS3 exclusive.

My son has PS3 but he wants an XBOX 360 in addition to his PS3.

i have an xbox, i love it, its awsome.
but i wish i got a PS3 iheard they last way longer, and the conrtols are a bit easyer to use for beginners.lol

I love my Xbox-360. Only advantage for the play-station is free internet access. And God of War games exclusive

They're pretty much the same, when you get right down to it. Even the controllers are very similar. I don't care for the console war, as there's no reason to think of it as a war. I own a PS3 because I used to have a PS2, as my parent bought that for me when I was younger. I decided since I felt comfortable with the Sony system, I'd upgrade to the next Sony system. If my parent bought me the original Xbox, then I'd now have a 360. It's only because I grew up with Sony's system for most of my life. However, if we're gonna get into the console business, then Nintendo kinda wins out. All their consoles, both home and hand-held, have been more popular than other corporations' systems.

I was raised on Sony Playstation consoles, and I've had the original Xbox before. I don't remember particularly liking the Xbox 360 when I used it, but it may have just been because I was so used to Playstation's setup. Mainly I prefer Playstation for the games that is carries that other consoles don't, and because I like the free online gaming, that doesn't require a subscription.
