This was the decade when reality TV reigned, the decade when America's fascination with the tacky, talentless and shameless brought the dregs of society into the limelight, and the decade when leaking racy photos (or videos) of yourself to stay in the news (AHEM! Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato) became common practice.
Being talented is great, but save it for the little leagues. Just ask Paris Hilton, the original famous nobody: being famous for doing nothing is "so hot right now."

People seem to look past the fact that all of the Kardashian sisters are business women and actually contribute to the world. You'd know if you stopped hating and did some research..
