Which band with Maynard James Keenan was better: Tool or A Perfect Circle

Frankly, i view APC as the better band. Although Tool was AMAZING, A Perfect Circle has them beat. not through ratings, but with touch. they have a touch of everything. Touch is key. they are in touch with their inner being, the music speaking from inside.
