The annual tradition of the Super Bowl returns this Sunday as the San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens battle it out on the football field for the NFL's greatest prize. Some even call Super Sunday a national holiday.
The Super Bowl gives you an excuse to hang out with your friends, kick back and relax, and maybe even take off of work (we won't tell your bosses--we promise). When it comes to food, Super Sunday is Super Fun Day for many across the country. It's an excuse to eat as healthy or unhealthy as you want--and as much as you want--on one fun day of football action.

While the Niners and Ravens are hungry for Super Bowl rings, you might crave onion rings or chicken wings. If it's wintery cold where you're located, hot and spicy chili usually does the trick to keep you and your partygoers nice and warm. Maybe simple chips and dip will do. And for those that like to eat healthy, good ol' veggies are always a nice choice when watching the big game. No matter what food you crave, enjoy Super Bowl XLVII!

Or, if I feel like making my own sauce, I make a mean pseudo-tzatziki that's AMAZING with buffalo wings or chopped veggies.
Veggies, Chips, Cheese, Dip, Chips and meetballs, as well...
