Just got the Roku 2. Sorry DirectTV, you just became a dinosaur. Your days and my account are numbered. Checking out thousands of private channels on the Roku2 right now. Amazing!

Three that I found so far that are excellent:

MummyBox: Live tv stations from all over the world. I just watched a dog food commercial in Russian. WTF?

NHK World: Japanese main broadcast channel in English

And Nowhere TV: Some pretty cool channels divided by subject. Really good Nasa content.

I have one but I rarely use it. That doesn't speak to it's usefulness, only my laziness.

It's only about $89.00 at Amazon. All you need is internet access and a lot of the programming is free.
