+1This question is a little too difficult to answer but my favourite ones I have seen live are 'Ancora un passo' from Puccinis 'Madama Butterfly' and 'Donna e mobile' from Verdis 'Rigoletto', sung by Edgar Montvidas.reply - beach bum 2012/06/08 05:04:13

+1Is this really the voice of Cecilia Bartoli?....unless this was her voice when she were younger, She is a Mezzo-soprano now and her voice is a little heavier to maneuver unlike the other mezzos. most young girl are soubrettes and sopranos before they change to Mezzo's when they get olderreply - ✩Batman... +1When she reaches the high "iffy" "ifs" in the magic flute queen of the night aria she does it slower than coloratura sopranos that do it fast with ease. I can do the high "ifs" using my falsetto but it's only high as a dramatic Mezzo-soprano cause I'm a Baritone. My operatic falsetto (false voice) which most countertenors use is almost equivalent as a female Mezzo's range. but's it's not something that should be done unless your a Soprano or male Soprano like Adam Lopez who can sing this piecereply
