I am going to say "The Seven Year Itch" only because it's the last one I saw. I like them all!

Her first starring role in "Don't Bother to Knock" is great and she plays anything but the comedic blonde bomb!

xxx don t bother to knock the movie

It certainly was -- and having practiced walking in heels under my mother's watchful eye (including going up and down stairs) until she pronounced me ready to be seen in public, I appreciated their difficulty.

A lot of men turn out to be remarkably "pretty" when they're made up to look like women, don't they.

Marilyn actually had some very good movies. I always liked the musical movies or the comedies. I liked "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes", "The Seven Year Itch". I thought she was really good in "Niagra". There was a scene when she had to walk a very long distance with her back to the camera showing her walking away. It was like a never ending walk. I don't know how she did it really. But is was something to watch, a highlight of the movie.

There's a couple, but I think I enjoy all her classics, even though - let's admit - she couldn't act worth a darn! She's fun to look at and let's face it, with her history, she's quite the legend!
admit act worth darn shes fun history shes legend How to Marry a Millionaire

I think you're right about her talent; they didn't take the time or spend the money on good scripts; she didn't really get a chance to prove her skills as an actress. I think it was mainly because they didn't take women like her seriously. You're so right and it's sad, too.

I do not notice actresses until they become interesting like Nicole Kidman in Birthday Girl suddenly I want to see everything. Now the fact that she had split up from that midget Napoleonic Scientologist untreated bipolar freak may have added to her allure.
