Midnight Meat Train(newer one) is a great movie. It has a nice gore factor. Great shot of the girls eye popping out of her head from getting smacked with a meat mallet. Plus, no happy ending, the process of killings continues on through a host chosen to carry on the feedings.
It is def a great flick, I enjoyed watching it. But make sure you get the newer version. It has Vinnie Jones (I think that's his name) and Bradley Cooper in it.
