Parents

If it wasn't illegal, I would have left the classroom drenched in blood and littered with the remnants of their dismembered corpses.
I never had a curfew near the end of high school.
I do more chores now that I'm in college
and I still live with my parents
What I enjoy leaving behind was the negativity. Everyone was so miserable, so closed off and you had to be. Being yourself and being open meant being ridiculed and brought down. The blade of grass that sticks out is the first to get mowed down. It was a very impersonal atmosphere. The same monotonous routine, day in, day out, for 4 months. All the teachers did was talk down to you instead of with you. There were no clubs, no social events, no celebrations. And the food sucked. Nutritious my ass. It's all made of ground chicken pretty much.
Maybe the question your looking for is: What Were You Most Excited To Leave Behind After Moving Out?
I was more excited to get away from all the immaturity, superficiality, and fake people in my school. When graduation day came I ran across the stage and yelled "GOOD RIDDANCE!"
