I have a dance performence on Sunday @ chruch, I am worried that I might forget one of the dance moves, and I have a little bit of stage fright. So, what should I do, to make me less frightened? But please don't write, picture them in underwear!!!

just focus on the music and the rest should play out perfectly.

What's stage fight? I don't know, never experienced it.. I've opened for a couple of large bands, in front of thousands and thousands of people so..

look at various places around the stage, try to make eye contact and get some sort of visual cue . Take deep breaths and try to relax. Stage fright is natural, but it can be overcome... just concentrate on the music, all will be ok.

And since you're in church--- don't worry. If you screw up, you will be forgiven... 8D
