Good Morning, Vietnam (1987)

Good Morning Vietnam was probably the first movie I saw of him where it was more dramatic than funny, and it was then that I realized that he was more than a rubberized comedian.

Also, One Hour Photo was one of the scariest movies I have ever seen. I totally recommend it.

Mrs. Doubtfire is my fave. We must not forget where he got his start as Mork in Mork and Mindy, a funny sitcom where he was an alien from another planet.
The year was 1977 I believe. Anyway, great actor.

I voted for "Dead Poet's Society" as my favorite Robin Williams film listed above, because he played a very good dramatic role in it. Carpe diem! However, his BEST movie of all time was Mrs. Doubtfire, and I can't believe it wasn't a choice in this poll. That film was just so clever, and Williams played the role perfectly. Whenever I watch the movie, no matter how many times I've seen it, I still crack up!
