Dead Space 2 literally made me yelp and drop my controller from swetay palms XD there are so many scary games like amnesia and FEAr though its hard to rate this as my very scariest :D

Dead Space of course! The sound, lighting and atmosphere is the scariest of the game, until something jumps out at you when you least expect it.

I've never played any of those games but I remember watching my older brothers playing the old Mortal Kombat when someone lost you fall though a pit and whole bunch sharp objects coming out of the ground kill you. It was pretty scary with all the blood and FINISH HIM!

Dead Space

I played a demo of this game and I was actually scared lol. I'm a quarter of a way through Homecoming which is freaky. I've never played Fatal Frame. I can't really think of any other scary games I've played. Oh wait...

Ha yeh i agree, it's more of a 'put volume up full bore with 7.1 surround sound headphones = scary' and pitch black, and even then it only startles me... quite a bit.
