Actually, movie trailers have been getting more and more revealing making plot twists and major movie points glaringly obvious.

Friends sometimes can't stop talking and tell too much if you don't want to know any spoilers. But I don't really mind. I'll go see a film even if I know the ending and it won't bother me too much that it wasn't a surprise.

Well none of this has bothered me. Film reviews in Bollywood generally keep the suspense, my friends rarely tell endings for a movie - if I don't wanna listen then I just tell them to shut up, it works lmao. Facebook post? Hmm. Well most people don't post a lot about the movies, so yay.

"sometimes friends say too much when you ask them about a movie that you want to see and they tell you too much about it" is what my 10 year old grandson told me!

There's a lot of things, but my friends and I are all socially awkward fanboys (even the girls) so when there's a movie that they adored, they're very likely to spoil it without even meaning to do any hard just because they like talking about things they like. That, or a hate rant without care because they don't think it's worth watching. We've got a strict spoiler policy that says if someone gives an alert and you don't protest or leave, you're at fault for being spoiled, and if they don't, you can extract your revenge however you see fit.

Film reviews are easy to avoid. In a conversation you can always request others not to tell you. But facebook updates just pop up, you've read them before you know it.

A film review, I'm a bit of a critic myself, I always check the reception before going to a movie. Usually, I tend to a gree with the critics.

None of the above. I've found that even the films synopsis at times will spoil it's contents.

The problem with people is that, sometimes, they just won't shut up. Some people even revel in spoiling films, like they've gotten one over on you.
Film reviews and Facebook posts generally feature a "Spoiler Alert". Even if they don't, just don't read it!
The worst are trailers, but you didn't make that choice available. There are some trailers that spoil the best parts of films, for example "Surrogates". The trailer spoiled the penultimate moment of the entire film, basically ruined the whole film, to be honest. I'd like to find the jackass that made that trailer and drop him down a dark hole.

I can easily ignore the rest. And film critics try to avoid blurting out the ending.

There is always that one person in the group, it could be a friend or acquaintance, who just can't shut up and tells you what happens or tells you how it ended. I pimped slapped a dude who did that to me. he told me who died and how it ended. Even after I told him to shut up.

Actually the Hollywood studios that produce the movies deliver most of them prespoiled in the cans.
