What genre of music do you listen to when you're: Angry, Sad, "In The Mood"?

Well, when I'm angry I listen to more punk and heavy metal. When I'm sad, I don't have a specific genre or artist, but more of a specific song list that just has sad tempos or a heavy tone.

It varies for me. I can find many genres of music that speak to me on different emotional levels. Angry usually results in metal of some sort though. Sadness, in sappy love songs or the like. Sometimes I feel like giddy folk music or classical though, it just depends.
