    The first night is hot turkey sandwiches, the second day is just a few sandwiches and the third is soup.

    I like homemade soup, I do that and a few sandwiches, and give as much as I can away

    Actually, I just warm them up in the microwave and eat them normally, like any leftovers. My mom makes them into a sandwich.

    my partners mom makes a mean turkey pot pie with hers, she gives us one. we made hotshots with ours.

    I worked on Thanksgiving, so I didn't have any leftovers to work with. I was going to go to Carls Jr. on my lunch break but they closed 30 minutes early and so didn't eat at all.

    we eat them, but my mom cooks so much food we have to put it in the freezer. but soon she will be making some turkey ala king. which is some kind of turkey stew.

    I usually just heat them up and eat them like I did on Thanksgiving. But there was no option for that.

    i would feed it to a dog if i had one. if you have leftovers and you know that someone really need more than you do why not give it to them.

    I just feast again..I just have Thanksgivng Dinner..Part 2...The turkey (white meat 4 me).. Stuffing..Mashed potatoes..Jellied cranberry sauce..& pumpkin pie...Yum !

    Actually just keep serving the same thanksgiving meal over and over and over until its all gone. Make sure you have plenty of mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberry and pie.

    Actually all the above but I try to give as much to the dogs as I can so my wife don't feed it to me for weeks....lol

    HAVE MADE TURKEY SANDWICHES, AND TURKEY ENCHILADAS, ...WILL MAKE TURKEY SALAD, TURKEY TACOS AND/OR STIR FRY. (NEIGHBOR GIFTED US WITH A 23 POUND MONSTER, ..I USUALLY COOK AN 8 POUNDER!)

    I would pass out if I had to address a huge turkey :( I would get overwhelmed and full from looking at the thing' wow! 23lbs.

    For many, the post-Thanksgiving day dinner sandwich is as much a tradition as the meal itself. Though, I'd wager it is mostly just an "the food is left" kind of thing rather than intentional tradition.
