Oh no, im not offended, i just remembered wlhow quickly the majority of he nsync/backstreet boys fanbase disolved. And they are better than one direction, truly. The members of one direction didnt even know each other when the band formed

Yeah, i gave one direction a fighting chance and at least listened to some of their music. Nope, not impressed. But i wouldnt say all music of today is mainstream, you just have to open, ironically, to a lot of bands that are shunned for selling out and so on. But you have to avoid most bands with members under 30 it seems, 25 in some cases, because all they write about is girlfriends, partying, and the concept of love
