Why childbearing years? I hate that term.

I don't know who most of those women are, but if Jodi Foster were not retiring...

I'd like to see a sibling lead team (adults this time, not kids).

Because if there's an apocalypse going on, most likely they'd want to have children so they can procreate and have children all over again.

Emilia Fox. I like her. Many Americans might not know her, but she's a good actress. Other than her: Kelly McDonald.

    Are they making another one?

I sure hope so. It would make more sense if it were a trilogy.

It might explain how the "rage" virus got off the British Isles.

She might be a good fit, but I don't know if she's the kind of actress who can carry a movie.

Shes Scottish actually, but I love seeing her in anything.

Scottish IS British. I think she would work, too.

Yes, but British covers a number of other sub categories such as English, Welsh and Scottish. Its more specific to point out that shes Scottish.

Yeah, okay! Robert Carlisle is Scottish, too. He still managed to have a big part in 28 Weeks Later. The main character in 28 Days Later was played by an Irishman with an Irish accent even. Now if you want an English actress to play the part, you should've chosen someone else. :P

Did I say anything about wanting an English actress or complain that only English people should be in the movie? Assuming you're rereading what I said you'll find thats a no.

I picked Kelly MacDonald because I think she'd be great. Weeks Later had Americans in it as well . . . notably Jeremy Renner whos awesome.

My only comment, and it stems from having Scotch Irish heritage, is that I always like to be specific with actors from the region. Thats all.

That's understandable. Yes, Jeremy Renner was great in that movie. So was Rose Byrne - an Australian actress who played an American. I'm sure if she's trained properly Kelly Macdonald can do an English accent like Brendan Gleeson did in 28 Days Later.

She might work. If you're interested, I posted another question right before this inquiring who would be great as the male lead.

Yeah! Either of them could work. Emma Watson might be a little young to fit the bill, though.
