Whack-A-Kitty Video: Is the Whack A Kitty game too controversial?

Whack-A-Kitty is a video/game created by Robert Bellusso, that is supposed to mimic the game "Whack-a-mole" but in a gentler fashion. The youtube video because an instant hit a, but some are concerned that the kittens were hurt in the making. Bellusso and his fiancé went on FOX News and explained that none of the kittens were injured, and the taps were very light and playful. The video was all in fun to get the kitties a home, as they needed to be adopted out.

I have had kitties my whole life, they adore boxes of all sizes! I

I Love this video, the person bopping the kittens is VERY GENTLE, I think that Peta person griping about play needs to figure out which direction that their head is screwed on.
I laugh so hard when I watch this video that I cry! Every time I see it! I parked it on my myspace for all of my friends to see and adore! And Adore they do!

If the kittens where close enough for me to adapt one I would be getting me one of those little cuties!

Its a combo of cute..funny..& sick ..I can see both sides to this..I could see how some people would find this funny.. And why P.E.T.A. would not be very happy with this video..
This is all some sicko out there needs..are some bad ideas
to do with a bat & his or her cats..I cringe at the thought of
the 'real thing' happening & seeing it on YouTube.com or something..

is cute. they kept them out when they were done playing and they made sure the holes were big enough so the kittens could get out. and they weren't hittin them hard either. some people are over dramatic

a tasteful way to get the kittens adopted. I think it was a very innovative way to draw attention to the fact that the kittens needed new homes.It's in plain view that they are not attempting to cause harm or injury. It was a padded stick that they used and they emulated or mimicked whack a mole. It is abundantly clear that there is no malicious intent. C'mon lets be serious, this is a long way from abuse.....a long way

What the heck does this video have to do with the serial killing of cats? Have you ever actually PLAYED with a kitten? It looks like the kitties are having a lot of fun. They play much rougher than this with each other. So no.. not cruel.. CUTE!!
