I have seen Johnny Depp perform twice in South Fla during the Sheila Witkin reunion show. He played with his former bandmates The Kids. Everything that I know of him is that he is a man who never forgets his friends and where he came from.

That shot above of Johnny Depp in the beret playing guitar was from the first Sheila Witkin concert at which there were only about 300 people there since it was not advertised that Johnny Depp was going to join his former band mates The Kids from the 80's South Fla music scene.
