Was Miss USA Rigged? (Miss Pennsylvania Thinks So)

I don't care about the transgender thing, as I view the whole process as morbid to begin with. Being sexist, is just another form of racism, pure and simple. I would further that, herding females around like cattle at an auction is pathetic. And some have the nerve to say that we are socially evolving...Just a thought...

Mario Cumo, the former liberal Democartic govenor of New York thinks that Miss America and Miss Universe Beauty Paegents are sexist. He said that on his short-lived talk radio show in 1995, after he lost the gubenatorial race the previous the year. His show which spewed his liberal point view was so unpopular it was cancelled.

These contests are a waste of time and space. It's sexist and disgracefui, sends the wrong message to women. You've never seen a show like that for men, why only women?

There are lots of body building competitions for men

Those are way different. These competitions are for people who make excersize and healthy living their keys, not about bikini clad empty headed women who cannot even answer questions on current events

Alot of these women are talented in what they do. Alot of them have beauty, brains and brawn.

I watched the question portion of the show and I wanted to die.

The answer I would have given was that the odds are more in favor for yes, but an absolute yes or no is impossible to determine - unless you were one of the managers who made such a list.
Personally, I quit watching both Miss USA and Miss Universe long ago.
There is a previous comment that classified Miss Pennsylvania as beefy, if so, she definitely isn't hamburger - more like Prime ..... Rib?

Trans gender? May have changed appearance to female, but the real "Miss" equipment isn't there. If there's any doubt, do a DNA check. That would confirm what a person is, not how they think of themselves.
Reality is.
Years ago I had a girlfriend compete in a competition leading up to Miss California. I thought she was gorgeous, but she didn't place in the top five - my opinion may have reflected my prejudice. She was selected Miss Congeniality. Her caring heart and personality are probably why she has held me enthralled for 47 years as a friend. But, maybe that long ago, cheating was minimized.
IMHO, Donald Trump is a RINO, not a Republican.
He walks like a Dem, talks like a Dem, and with his hair, looks like an old Dem. If there is really a conservative bone in his body, he has kept it under cover for years.

Of course it's rigged. So are dog shows. Cat shows. Hog shows. Horse shows.Some body building shows. It's a business. Whenever you can trade back, it'll be rigged. Even home coming queens are rigged ( I was personally involved with that in the '60's. That's why I don't watch them. They are a joke. Even the contestants know that. It's a business. It's America. And, Trump is a republican. And I'm a republican. And it's often said in the republican circles: "If you ain't cheatin' you ain't trying". Play golf with them. We're always trying to do something not right and call it right. Then we stomp off....it's all part of the show. The only honest "contest" that ain' cheatin' is: Wrasslin'...That was said by Bob Eukart. I believe him.

I have claimed for many years now, that the Miss USA AND the Miss Universe contests were 'fixed' and I still believe so. Any time you have BIG money involved, mingled with the BIG egos of the HUMAN animal, you're going to have corruption, and these contests are the epitome of what is wrong with our society. I love to see the pretty ladies and watch all the contests, but to think that I must also have to watch a MAN, now pretending to be a woman, is just too, too much for me to handle. There are places in our world for men and places for women, and yes there are places for the transgender, the gay, the lesbo, the queer, or whatever else they call themselves but it is NOT with the men and women. Give them their space, but don't let it be our shared space. Mental institutions or abandoned islands would be fine.

I would not doubt that the pageant was rigged--doesn't seem outrageous. And her complaint about transgenders being permitted to compete... well I saw the Trans girl interviewed on tv. Dang! She is stunning. Besides - it is NOT what is between your legs that determines your gender--Gender is determined in the BRAIN. Sheena Monnin clearly doesn't have the intelligence to understand that. This is a "beauty" pageant and supposedly the winner is primarily chosen on aesthetics. Ms. Monnin - comparatively speaking - to the other contestants appears on the thick and "beefy" side. If it were a competition to "give birth" - then the trans girl obviously could not compete. Ms. Monnin is one of those women who wants to live on a planet of all men and she is the ONLY woman. Apparantly, she hates competition - of any kind. Besides - if that trans-girl can look THAT good, then Ms. Monnin should be a million times better looking than she is.

These "beauty" contests are always rigged. It is who can bring in the most viewers that rocks the judges votes.

Miss Pennsylvania looks as good or better than the winner, but maybe she screwed up the answer to the last question, just as Miss Ohio did. They all are like godesses ( and not Charlie Sheen godesses, but real, out of this world goddesses)

As far as to the honesty of the contest, I think most contest are decided behind closed doors, and the stage stuff, is just that, staged! When big bucks and reputation are on the line, people behind the scenes are afraid of mistakes, and stage all the big contests.

Of course it is. I used to watched pageants for years and it is obvious that the true winner doesn't always win because it is rigged.

I agree with her. And no man who has his johnson cut off should be allowed to compete with natural-born women for "Miss USA." This is an insult to the USA.

And she resigned BEFORE she would have been judged, so that patently affirms that she did see the list ahead of time.
