Despite vowing to make skateboarding a priority, Lil Wayne has continued to make music, and thanks to his latest release, he is back in the spotlight again, although this time he's the subject of controversy. On Lil Wayne's newest track, he remixes Future's "Turn on the Lights" and raps "Tell her I skate/I ain't got no worries/No Frank Ocean, I'm straight." Fans are wondering what prompted this reference and if it was appropriate for him to rap about Ocean's sexuality. What do you think?

Well, honestly free speech doesn't give you the right to be a jackass and get away with it. Condemning bad behavior is also a usage of free speech.

I don't see why any racial/ethnic/sexuality/gender needs to be butt of all jokes- it's not as if one can change these things.

You are incorrect, That is exactly what free speech does. Gives any jackass a right to his/her unpopular or uninformed opinion

Although, rappers make references to other celebrities constantly whether it is positive or offensive. There wasn't much representation of his sexuality, I thought it was going to be much worse before I read.

We need to start accepting people and stop being so judgmental about everything. Especially about somebody's sexual orientation. Lil Wayne is a fag... See what I did there?

He can rap about my sexuality, if he wants. Or his neighbor's. Or some other celebrity. It's not violent, it's not inciting violence. He's just making a comparison. In other words, I don't care who he raps about.

Meant to vote no. Anyway, Lil Wayne has no talent. If nasal rap were my thing, maybe. Frank Ocean is probably more of a man than Wayne.

It doesn't sound like he said anything derogatory and he is just trying to make money off the current news much like Frank Ocean only came out because some image consultant told him it would make him a huge star. I am not being a bigot I just doubt he would of done that if he couldn't gain from it and sadly the ploy worked.

However, anyone who actually LISTENS to this POS is a few fries short of a Happy Meal.
