Thanksgiving is still two weeks away, but Walmart is getting a head start in advertising its biggest bargains. Their online Black Friday preview ad boasts 29 pages of deals for $100 flat screen TVs, $200 sound systems, $50 cameras, and $200 laptops. But the clincher, as always, will be their game consoles.
At 10:00 on Thursday, November 24, Walmart will start selling a 4GB Xbox 360 console with a Kinect add-on for $200 -- about $100 cheaper than the current retail price -- and it will come with an addition $50 in store credit. They'll also be rolling out a limited edition blue Wii console for $100 (about $50 off retail) and a $200 PlayStation 3 with a two-game bundle including "LittleBigPlanet 2" (the system by itself runs for about $250).
There's also a good selection of cheap games for $10, $15, and $28. The $28 games are the most attractive, including "Batman: Arkham City," "Battlefield 3," "Gears of War 3," and "Call of Duty: Black Ops." ("Modern Warfare 3" is notably missing from the lineup, but you can't win 'em all.)

Note: Some of the ads are marked for 12:01 a.m. on November 25, but most of it is marked for 10:00 p.m., a couple hours before. Still, if you're going to suffer the wait, you might want to double-check with your local store before you go.

For those of you who do enjoy this activity, more power to you.
You might save $50...or you just might end up settling for an 'open box' item, because you feel you need to grab it. If I impulse grab an item, I usually regret it later.
hell to the nizzy no!
