Sad news today ... Usher's 11-year-old stepson has been declared brain dead following an accident on Friday in which he was struck by a jet ski, TMZ reports. Kyle Glover is the biological son of Usher's estranged wife Tameka Foster ... wait for the :41 mark in the video below for more on how Usher is helping Tameka get through the tragedy.
Kyle (third from the left in the photo below) was struck in the head by a passing jet ski while riding on an inner tube on Lake Lanier in Atlanta, TMZ reports. Kyle's 15-year-old female friend was also seriously injured, according to reports. They were both being pulled in the inner tube by a boat when a 38-year-old man allegedly struck them with his jet ski. Tubing seems like a harmless enough activity, but do you think it's too dangerous for minors? Or was Kyle just in the wrong place at the wrong time?

Jet skiing is a risky sport for the rider and those in the water. All sports are risky, some more risky than others. My sons played risky sports. I can accept being aggressive you have to be aggressive playing sports. I can accept accidents, but not deliberately hurting a player on the opposite team. Too many coaches overlook this.reply - strawberry Laura L... 2012/07/10 05:08:50
+2This is really a misleading question. Usher's son was not playing a risky sport. How did they turn this accident into a question: "Should Kids Participate In Risky Sports."?reply - Laura L... strawberry 2012/07/10 12:12:38
