'Twilight' Star Might Be Too Busy to Replace Angelina Jolie: Is 'Wanted 2' Doomed?

i wouldn't want her playing in the movie anyways. zero, null, nada diversity. oh and annoying face and voice and all the rest.

I think Kristen Stewart should stick to the twilight movies that way we dont have to see her or Pattinson after the last two release.

I really like the movie Wanted. Kristen Stewart cannot act at all so what makes ppl think that she can take a role that Angelina Jolie can barely muster. I just think that Kristen doesn't have what it takes to play a character that..... umm..... id difficult to portray. No offense Kristen....

Is actually a great actress, but I don't think she's good for this particular role.
She really is a good actress though. People should check out the movies she was in BEFORE Twilght/New Moon(which are the only movies including her that I actually despise.)

I liked the Wanted movie but Kristen Stewart would be a terrible replacement. She is not the type for action roles.

Look up the source material for Wanted sometime. The film so completed trashed the original comic. I've never seen such a bad film by that comparison. I didn't know they thought about making a sequel. They shouldn't. Not unless the sequel is a reboot where they actually have the supervillain storyline from the comics.

Oh Please! It was just another Hollywood "buckfest"for the not so talented Ms. Jolie! Are you really surprised?

I am not surprised that they stripped out some of the harsher material - the ever present rape and abundant murder. I'm also not surprised that they gave enough material to the lead character to make him "heroic". A Hollywood film isn't going to sell if your main protagonists spend half their time shooting up police departments and raping actresses for fun. I get that.

What I don't get is changing practically everything else to remove the Super Villain aspect of the comic. I mean thats the driving force. Wanted is a funny title because all the characters are super villains. It would be like filming Jurassic Park and taking out the dinosaurs.

They could have very easily left in the villains and had Wesley decide that he doesn't want to be a villain in the end . . . only to become like a modern dark hero like the Punisher or Wolverine. His characters Super Villain name is simply the Killer, close enough to Punisher for me. They could have left in most of the great Villains - Rictus and Seltzer and so on. Just have him experience regret halfway through the movie, get him to turn the Fox and then they fight back. Done.

What they did was just stupid.

The same could be said of V. Both were done as British comics first.

looks like a crack whore and is a terrible actress. So Wanted 2 isn't going to fail because she isn't in it. It's going to fail because it's a sequel without it's original actress.

HORRIBLE. Angelina is definitely the best, and if you try to deny it you will fail epically. I wish Kristen would be happy with her high pitched 10 year old fan girls and sixty year old fan'boys', and leave the rest of us alone!
