    Is this an April Fool's prank? I've never given up on a book in my life, but Twilight was the first. I couldn't even bring myself to finish the first book.

    Lol no really. I used to be obsessed with vampires.. yes, Anne Rice. but twilight killed it for me. I used to get picked on because I liked vampires then all of a sudden stupid twilight comes out and omg everyone is IN love with them! those pathetic sparkling vampires. makes me sick.

    until you get tired of them and get picked on it for liking them and all of a sudden its a trend to like them and people pretend they never hated them or you for liking vampires.

    Lol good. I didn't change I just don't like fake vampires.
    I've grown tired of the vampire trend though.
    I miss the days of Interview With The Vampire and the Vampire Lestat.
    But oh well. I'll stick to my witches and wizards in Harry Potter and LOTR :)

    I don't disagree with you, The Twilight Saga is amazing... but a lot of people don't think so. Its just a matter of opinion, some people just don't like those types of books and that's okay. I accept other's opinions... although I hate all the bashing that people do on the series just because its successful, and that people often judge it way to much because of the movies and since the fan base is mostly teen girls.
