Well, for me, yeah, Edwards all fine and dandy, but he's just a little bit on the idiotic side. Hes always trying to find a reason to make himself unhappy. In his own way, he IS just a bit masochistic. And I personally find that just infuriatingly frustrating and annoying. But that might just be because I'm a little masochistic too!(LOL)
That and both he and Bella keep hurting Jacob in some way or another. Its not right, and personally, i think if Bella had had time to bond w/ Jacob FIRST, she just might have ended up w/ Jacob instead of Edward. But who knows? She might not have.
So, for most girls, the correct question would be, " Based on what you READ about each character, which character do you like the least, Edward or Jacob, and why? And if you don't like either, what're your reasons for it?"
Now, based on what I READ,I find myself feeling rather sympathetic and compassionate towards Jacob 'cause he just cant get a break. Bella hurts him, Edward hurts him, and theres just always something to hurt him or make him unhappy. The guy just cant get a break, and thats what i think i like the best about it.
