This was my favourite movie as a kid!

Jurassic Park was a great movie. I never thought I'd be so happy to see a T-Rex! (those who saw the movie will know what I'm talking about).

Most of them, there were some I found missing, like Volcano, and Dante's Peak. Let's not forget Titanic.

Great movie with superb performances. Even Stallone was believable in his role.

It's a really bad movie, but I absolutely love it because it's bad in an easy to laugh at way.

My favorite from from '97 is I Know What You Did Last Summer, but since that's not listed, I picked Austin Powers. Runner ups are Anaconda and Jurassic Park.

I laughed till my sides hurt...And Heather Graham's swiveling hips dancing to "American Woman" was a vision I STILL replay in my mind every so often.

I remember buying his necklace at Spencer Gifts for a stocking stuffer. Love those movies.

It was a close choice between this Jurassic Park and Air Force One. But Austin Powers was just so groovy it broke the tie.

There were a few others on the list that I thought were okay too.

I know that I will be way in the minority but I absolutely hated Men in Black and never wasted my time watching the sequels. The same goes for Austin Powers. Go ahead hate me, I'm just telling the truth.

You said it. Looks like 1997 was a really bad year for movies. :(

The only one of those named that I even bothered to watch. It gave a civics lesson, too: did you watch Glenn Close, as the Veep, ginning up an Amendment XXV Section Four declaration? "Whenever the Vice-President and a majority of the heads of executive departments transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office..."

They could have played up an ambition angle: run the negotiation badly so that the President would be dead, and the Vice President would then become President! Glenn Close played it so that you knew she probably could pull it off if she wanted to, but wouldn't.

Jurassic Park series were great then Men in Black....
