  i will always like tom and have respect for his work, but brad has shown that he can do a greater range and always do a good job. the problem i have with both is that a really great actor disappears into a role. when you see tom or brad in a movie, you still see tom or brad playing a part. thats why brando had such great respect. he could become the character he was playing. brad and tom arent there yet.

When I was living up in Hollywood I ran into Tom Cruise He was peddling those Scientology books up,and down the streets in a little blue uniform hat and all!He walked right up to me,put out his hand with a book in it,said would you like to know more about our founder L.Ron Hubbard?Want to get involved come to our meetings,and he pointed over at a big blue building across the street.I was looking down into his baby face with bright blue eyes,and thought."They got you Brother,but they're not getting me!"LOL

  Not even a contest ! Brad does NOT have people thinking he is in need of psychiatric help ! He also is a much better actor who actually does change how he talks depending on the role. Cruise is monotone.
